Conrina was founded by Con Zarafetas who now is employed as a Construction Manager bringing to the company 18 years of construction experience. He has been supported by senior project manager Neville Zarafetas and together with their site managers provide an unparalleled service.

Conrina employs its workforce under a CFMEU ratified Enterprise Bargaining Agreement and adheres to a formal OH&S Policy and quality inspection test plans.
